POLICE Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga says officers have not acted on the break-in case involving Miles Sampa because they are waiting for the complainant, Raphael Nakacinda, to give a statement. Last month, the PF reported their Matero member of parliament to police for breaking into the party secretariat and allegedly causing malicious damage to property. But former PF deputy secretary general Mumbi Phiri recently wondered why the police had not arrested Sampa up to now.
