FORMER Housing and Infrastructure Minister Ronald Chitotela says the new dawn government did not lower the cost of the Lusaka Ndola Dual carriageway, they only reduced the scope of the project and it is still more expensive in comparison. And Chitotela has advised Finance Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane against speaking about projects from an emotional perspective but to instead make decisions informed by technical analysis. Last week Friday, Finance and National Planning minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane told Parliament that despite the debt restructuring process, government would not resume all the contractual projects which were signed by the PF government.
