MIDDLE Management staff at the Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC) have cried foul over their low wages, saying it’s heartbreaking that their unionised juniors get paid higher salaries. But ZNBC Board Chairperson Bishop Joseph Kazhila says while he acknowledges the abnormality, the national broadcaster is unable to implement the Emoluments Commissions’ recommendation on the matter because it can push the wage bill to an unsustainable limit.
