PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has expressed sadness over the death of 13 people in a road traffic accident which occurred in Serenje on Tuesday. And Transport and Logistics Minister Frank Tayali has called on the Road Transport and Safety Agency to intensify road patrols and carry out sensitisation programmes during and beyond the festive season.
