MINISTRY of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has asked civil servants to stop using their secretaries to block people from seeing them by lying, saying “secretary simuntu onyenga”. And Kawana has appealed to his fellow PSs to ensure they take their office secretaries along whenever they have out of town engagements.
