THE National Assembly of Zambia has entered into an agreement with former MPs aimed at enhancing the welfare of previous lawmakers and providing a platform for their involvement in improving democratic processes. The National Assembly officially entered into the agreement on Friday last week, with the Association of Former Parliamentarians (FPAZ) headed by former PF Nakonde MP Yizukanji Siwanzi.
