EASTERN Province Minister Peter Phiri has refuted Kasenengwa PF member of parliament Philimon Twasa’s claims that relief food in his hunger-stricken constituency is being given to only UPND cadres. Recently, Twasa asked government to thoroughly investigate how the distribution of relief food was being done, alleging that only UPND cadres were being considered.
