GREEN Economy and Environment Minister Mike Mposha on Monday clashed with Munali Ward 38 UPND Councillor Lubasi Milupi over his alleged involvement in the issuance of “illegal” land in Chamba Valley area. In a video which went viral on social media, Mposha was seen in the company of Lands and Natural Resources Minister Sylvia Masebo, some other government officials and police officers when they went to confront Milupi. Milupi was heard saying that he had been given approval by the owners of the land to construct structures.
