THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) says it has apprehended 426 street vendors from July 25, to October 17, 2025, for illegally operating in the Central Business District (CBD). In a statement, Tuesday, LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba said of the 426 vendors, 78 appeared before the Fast-Track Court, were fined and their merchandise disposed of by the court.
