PF presidential aspiring candidate Makebi Zulu says the declaration of the Chawama seat vacant is illegal and an attempt to kill democracy. Zulu, who is also late former president Edgar Lungu’s family spokesperson, says if given instructions, he will move to challenge the decision in court.
