THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has expressed concern over the increasing trend of smoking in public spaces, warning that any individual found doing so is liable to prosecution, a fine or imprisonment. In a statement, Monday, LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba said the Council had also observed with dismay the rise in shisha smoking, particularly among teenagers and young adults in nightclubs.
