ZAMBIA Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Blake Mulala has insisted that government should revise the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) downwards to help improve the well-being of workers. Meanwhile, Mulala says ZCTU is concerned about what he described as inflated costs of some CDF projects, adding that money being used to fund the projects is taxpayers’ money.
