EASTERN Province Minister Peter Phiri has expressed satisfaction with the progress and quality of community projects constructed using the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in Lumezi District. Speaking after touring some CDF-funded projects, Phiri said the works undertaken so far were commendable, a testament that CDF continues to deliver tangible development in Lumezi. “We have inspected projects done under CDF.
