PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has described Botswana’s late third president, Dr Festus Gontebanye Mogae, as a man of integrity who will be remembered for his “good works”. Meanwhile, Botswana High Commission Chargé d’Affaires Oabona Dibeela says late former president Mogae was regarded as a champion of public health, economic prudence and regional cooperation.
