THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has validated the nomination of Zambia Must Prosper (ZMP) president Kelvin Fube Bwalya and his running mate Milner Katolo for the August polls. Further, Organised People’s Party (OPP) leader Dr Brian Mushimba and his running mate Andyford Banda were validly nominated for the August polls. Independent aspiring presidential candidate Given Katuta and her running mate John Nyirenda were also validly nominated, as well as Liberal Democrats Party (LDP) leader Xavier Chungu and his running mate Gerald Banda, bringing the total number of validly nominated candidates to 10.
