MILES Sampa says contesting as an independent candidate for Lima constituency would have jeopardised his legality as PF president. He says he had to withdraw from the race to save PF. Sampa on Friday evening announced his withdrawal from the parliamentary race after he recently filed as an independent candidate for the newly created Lima constituency.
