GOVERNMENT has cancelled the National Registration Card and Zambian Passport belonging to Celestine Mukandila, following a “determination” that the documents were obtained through fraud and false declaration. According to a Government Gazette Notice No.1418 of 2026, government warned that the NRC No. 113314/10/1 and Zambian Passport No. ZN817922, belonging to Mukandila, were no longer valid for identification, travel or any official purpose.
