CHAPTER One Foundation Executive Director Josiah Kalala has urged the UPND to focus on democratic consolidation during it’s second term, noting that corruption is sustained by concentrated power and weak institutions. The UPND began its second term last Tuesday when President Hakainde Hichilema was sworn in at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
