THE Department of Immigration has removed 27 foreign nationals from Zambia, following their convictions and subsequent payment of court fines for various immigration related offences. In a statement, Saturday, Chief Public Relations Officer Namati Nshinka said the department secured the convictions of three Burundian nationals for several offences, including unlawful stay and use of forged immigration documents. “The Department of Immigration on 23rd and 24th September 2026 removed a total of 27 foreign nationals from Zambia after they paid court fines following convictions for various immigration-related offences.
