SOME parents in Livingstone are refusing to pay K400 school fees in Catholic Church managed schools, Fr Daniel Naji has revealed. Fr Naji, who is the Catholic Diocese of Livingstone Secretary in-charge of Education, says the worst poverty is the lack of forgiveness, knowledge and God. Speaking at the launch of St Raphael’s Secondary School Diamond Jubilee, Fr Naji told Livingstone District Education Standards Officer (DESO) Nsamwa Nalubamba that all the Catholic Church managed school in Livingstone were affected. “I appeal to PTA [Parent Teacher Association] members to continue to cooperate with the Board to support the school management.
