FORMER local government and rural development minister Gary Nkombo says he has not retired from politics, stating that he may be down but not out. Nkombo says politics is a calling, and if people believe that he still has something to offer, he will respond. In May this year, Nkombo, who has been a UPND member for 25 years and served as party chairperson for elections until he was removed from the position in March, resigned from the ruling party.
