PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says the government has commenced a process to amend provisions relating to criminal Defamation of the President. In his address to the Second Session of the 13th National Assembly, Friday, President Hichilema said it was time to repeal and replace the penal code, chapter 87 of the laws of Zambia and the criminal procedure code, chapter 88 of the laws of Zambia.
