FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says Zambia’s creditors under the common framework are complaining that they are being asked to provide too many incentives towards the country’s debt. Dr Musokotwane says Zambia has done what was required of it, but the creditors are dragging their feet on debt restructuring because they feel the deal that we are seeking does not favour them.
