FORMER Bank of Zambia Governor Caleb Fundanga has heaped praise on the UPND government for the implementation of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF). In its first budget, the UPND government increased the CDF allocation from K1.6 million to a whooping K25.7 million. In the next budget, this allocation was increased from K25.7 million to K28.3 million. Recently, President Hakainde Hichilema said this allocation may be increased to K57 million in the near future.
