LAST week when the suspects involved in the KKIA gold scam case appeared in court, the State entered a nolle prosequi in favour of five Egyptians. Announcing the decision by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Prosecutor Gracilliar Mulenga said “THE PEOPLE DO NOT INTEND TO CONTINUE THE PROCEEDINGS” against the Egyptians and one Zambian.
