ECONOMIST Noel Nkoma says the over US$3 billion investment pledges which Zambia has gotten this year can only be actualised if government remains committed to its budget pronouncements. Recently, Minister of Science and Technology Felix Mutati disclosed that Zambia had unprecedented business commitments exceeding US$3 billion this year alone.
