THE National Assembly says the Speaker’s recent decision to curtail further debate on the engagement of private firms to audit security wings shouldn’t be seen as an act of biasness against PF MPs. On November 18, PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya sought to enquire about the move by government to engage private firms to audit the country’s security wings. His attempt was however thwarted as he was guided against doing so on grounds that the matter had already been exhausted during debate on the ministerial statement.
