ZAMBIA Consumer Association (ZACA) Executive Secretary Juba Sakala says government should build more markets before it can think about introducing a law to punish those who sell and buy from the streets. Vice-President Mutale Nalumango recently said the country needed a law aimed at punishing those who bought and sold from the streets instead of designated markets.
