MINISTER of Small and Medium Enterprise Elias Mubanga says his ministry is gaining momentum in being visible on the ground although he admitted that some people still don’t know about its existence. In an interview, Mubanga said it was difficult for the ministry to be relevant without the media. “We are getting there now because we are able to interact with our people who are cooperating officers and entrepreneurs.
