ZAMBIA Information and Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA) Public Relations Officer Hanford Chaaba says there’s a possibility that insiders in mobile service providers are involved in scamming consumers. In an interview, Monday, Chaaba said from how the process of SIM card registration is done, there was a high possibility of inside agents duplicating the process.
