TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) Executive Director Maurice Nyambe says the mushrooming of non-registered estate agents presents a huge corruption and money laundering risk in Zambia’s land sector. According to the Zambia Institute for Estate Agents (ZIEA), there are currently over 5,000 unregulated land dealers in the sector, operating without licenses.
