LAST week, the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport was the subject of discussion around the country after President Hakainde Hichilema questioned the cost at which it was constructed. In his remarks, the President wondered why the country spent US$400 million instead of $150 million. The Head of State was speaking in Livingstone at the Pre-Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants Annual General Meeting Workshop.
