MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe has refuted allegations that he is building a mansion from an unexplained source of money. The minister has explained that the house shown in some viral photographs yesterday belongs to his brother Davies. Meanwhile, Davies says he started building the house over three years ago. A number of PF aligned social media platforms shared pictures of the house which is still under construction yesterday, claiming that the property was owned by the Minister.
