INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says opposition members of parliament actually speak more than government officials or their UPND colleagues in Parliament because there’s enhanced freedom of expression in the country. And Milupi says the challenge with the opposition today is that whenever they speak, they do not offer any progressive alternatives but constantly vilify President Hakainde Hichilema.
