A LUSAKA woman has entered into a consent judgement with Pamodzi Hotels and one of its employees, in a matter in which she sued the two, seeking damages due to the sexual harassment she was allegedly subjected to during a massage session. The trio has told the court that due to the nature of the case; mediation is the best way to resolve the dispute to maintain privacy. In this matter, Charity Njelesani cited the hotel’s Spa and Health Club Manager Kenneth Musonda and Pamodzi Hotels as defendants. In its defence, however, Pamodzi Hotels told the court that Njelesani personally requested for Musonda to massage her while stating that he was recommended by her cousin.
