LUSAKA Province UPND Chairperson Obvious Mwaliteta has apologised to former president Edgar Lungu for the insults hurled at him by ruling party cadres on Thursday. And the Human Rights Commission (HRC) has called on the police to protect Lungu’s rights and dignity by arresting the youths involved in the incident.
