INFRASTRUCTURE and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says former president Edgar Lungu has committed crimes of inciting people to rise against the government. President Hakainde Hichilema recently warned that Lungu would be arrested if he continued abrogating the law, but Lukashya PF member of parliament George Chisanga wondered what law Lungu had broken so far.
