THE Police Public Complaints Commission says it recorded 20 extrajudicial killings from January to June 2024, and these include the four individuals gunned down at Inter-land PUMA filling station in Lusaka. The commission says it has also recorded 68 complaints from the general public about police conduct in the second quarter of 2024.
