COPPERBELT Province Minister Elisha Matambo says it is written in heaven that President Hakainde Hichilema will win the 2026 elections. Speaking at the 2024/2026 mobilisation campaign meeting on the Copperbelt, Saturday, Matambo said the same God who protected the President from four attempted assassinations would see him through to 2031. “President Hakainde Hichilema was arrested 17 times, he was almost assassinated on the Copperbelt four times. Now they have seen that he’s a man, they’ve started uniting against one person.
