THREE suspended Constitutional Court Judges yesterday appeared before the Judicial Complaints Committee (JCC). On Friday, the Lusaka High Court discharged the order for leave to commence judicial review granted to the three Constitutional Court Judges who were suspended by President Hakainde Hichilema. The court has also discharged its adjunct order for a stay of the JCC proceedings. In a ruling endorsed by High Court judges Charles Zulu, Chilombo Maka and Twaambo Musonda, the court stated that the matter was in the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court. The three ConCourt Judges include Justices Anne Sitali, Mungeni Mulenga and Palan Mulonda.
