LAW Association of Zambia (LAZ) president, Lungisani Zulu, says the eruption of violence and destruction of property at Chiwempala Market during President Hakainde Hichilema’s visit is unlawful and an impediment to the development of democracy. On Saturday, President Hichilema abandoned his address at the recently gutted Chiwempala Market in Chingola after a group of youths disrupted the event.
