POLICE Spokesperson Ray Hamoonga says opposition parties have been allowed to hold rallies but have failed to do so on their own. Hamoonga was responding to remarks made by Socialist Party president Fred M’membe, who alleged that President Hakainde Hichilema was holding rallies but did not allow others to do so.
