THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has moved its ruling on bail pending appeal to December 1, 2025, in a matter where Bowman Lusambo was jailed for three years on two counts of possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime. The court has also disclosed that it will render a ruling on the same day regarding the State’s application for the forfeiture of Lusambo’s properties in Lusaka’s Chamba Valley area.
