LOCAL Government Minister Gift Sialubalo says a major challenge in the implementation of the Rural Electrification Programme through CDF stems from the fact that some constituencies demand much more than K1 million. Sialubalo was speaking when he delivered a ministerial statement in the National Assembly, Tuesday, on the implementation status of the K1 million from the Constituency Development Fund towards the Rural Electrification Programme in the respective constituencies.
