THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) says it recorded 22 marriage ceremonies on Friday, the highest record in a day, since January, 2025. In a statement, Saturday, LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba said nearly 10,000 couples have received their marriage certificates since January 2025.
