UPND National Youth Chairman Gilbert Liswaniso says no one pocketed funds meant for the Chawama by-election campaigns, stating that the money was used for its intended programmes. Meanwhile, Liswaniso says he is very disappointed with some party leaders because he feels they are not doing their part to ensure that UPND holds on to power.
