THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has recovered K682,229.62 from Constituency Development Fund (CDF) loan beneficiaries in Kanyama Constituency between 2022 and 2025. According to a statement issued by LCC Public Relations Manager Chola Mwamba, the development was revealed during the Kanyama CDF Committee meeting held at the Civic Centre’s Nakatindi Hall on April 27, 2026.
