ZAMBIA Agency for Persons with Disabilities (ZAPD) Director General Frankson Musukwa has praised ECZ for what he describes as a transparent and inclusive ballot printing process being undertaken in Dubai. Musukwa says the printing of more than 13,000 Braille jackets for visually impaired voters demonstrates the Electoral Commission of Zambia’s commitment to upholding the rights of persons with disabilities.
