THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has described as malicious allegations that it is training individuals to rig the August polls, stating that it is scheduled to commence training for district election trainers this week. ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro has further dismissed allegations that a private corporate entity, Gatbro International, is funding illicit electoral activities.
