INFORMATION and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana has told opposition political parties to pay for airtime if they want their campaign rallies to be broadcasted on ZNBC. Kawana adds that even when ZNBC covers President Hakainde Hichilema, Cabinet Office pays for the airtime, as the public broadcaster does not have free coverage.
